Mr. Jacky & South Korea

Anyohaseyo (Hello) students! This is Mr. Jacky. As you should all know, I was teaching in South Korea last year. I lived in an island called Jeju do. It is a gorgeous island full of beautiful scenery. This is where many of the Korean dramas and movies are filmed.

I also traveled to many places around South Korea, including the capital city, Seoul. Seoul is very much like Hong Kong because it is so busy. It is a big city with lots of people and tourists. Many people come here for shopping or a chance to see their favourite K-pop stars.

One of my favouite places in Seoul is Gyeongbokgung. It is an enormous palace built in 1395 where the king used to live. I also like to go to Myeongdong because it is where you can eat all of the delicious food. There is also a very fun amusement park called Everland. They have one of the biggest wooden roller coasters in the world!

I think South Korea is a great place, and if you are going on a vacation, you should consider South Korea!
