This website can help us calculate the BMI (Body Mass Index). Just simply type in your current height and weight, then it will show you your BMI. If it shows that you’re already underweight, don’t even try to lose weight! In fact, you should do the opposite which is to gain some more weight and intake more calories from a wide variety of food groups. No matter if you’re trying to lose or gain weight, we should avoid junk food.

To do so, we need to shop at the right time. Shopping while hungry makes people not only buy more food, it also makes them buy more junk food. They sometimes end up spending more money buying things they don’t need. Shopping can actually become a nice gentle exercise after eating.

Another tip about healthy living is to laugh. Laughing 100 times is equivalent to 15 minutes of exercise on a stationary bicycle. I think laughing is like drinking water. You need a certain amount of it every day to survive! When you are happy, laugh! When you are angry, laugh!
