Happy new year students!
In my home of the UK, New Year is celebrated on the 1st of January, rather than in February (like Chinese New Year). Every year, we make resolutions about what we want to do better in the coming year!
Here are my resolutions for 2019!
1. Do more exercise.
Do you like exercise? Sport and exercise is good for everyone, no matter if you are fat or thin, fit or unfit! I love exercise. This year, I want to go to boxing 3 times a week. I can do it!
2. Go to sleep at an earlier time.
What time do you go to sleep students? Is it really late? I wake up quite early (at 5:30am) so I try to be in bed by 10pm. This year I want to get more sleep so I can have more energy!
3. Read 150 books.
I know this sounds like a lot, but last year I read 125 books!! That's around 10 books a month. I love reading all different kinds of books. This year I want to read more books and watch less TV.
Do you have any resolutions? You can email me your new year goals at stephanie@dcfwms.edu.hk. I;d love to hear them!
Love, Miss Stephanie
