P.E Festival & Why Exercise is Good For You!

Hi students!

Did you know the P.E festival is coming soon! It will be on Friday 18th January. The P.E festival is our school's way of celebrating exercise, strength, teamwork and sportsmanship. These are all very important things that we should celebrate together.

Do you exercise every day? I try to exercise 3-4 times a week. You can do a little bit of exercise every day by doing simple things, like taking the stairs or walking to school.

Exercise is so important to our life, and it is good for everyone! It doesn't matter if you are a girl or a boy, fat or thin, fit or unfit, exercise can make your life better! Do you know why?

1. Exercise can help us get a healthy body.

2. Exercise can make us happy and improve our mood.

3. Exercise makes us rest and sleep better!

4. Exercise is fun, and promotes confidence and teamwork!
